Sewing Tips & Tricks
MY MOM TAUGHT ME MOST OF WHAT I KNOW ABOUT SEWING. I ALWAYS THOUGHT I HAD TO FOLLOW THE RULES IN SEWING. OVER THE YEARS I DECIDED NOT TO FOLLOW THE "RULES" ALL OF THE TIME AND IT IS FUN TO BREAK THE RULES SOMETIMES. HERE ARE SOME TIPS I'VE LEARNED TOO.

Mom's first tip was to take your pattern pieces and iron them onto freezer paper's shiny side. It really stiffens them up especially if you want to use the pattern multiple times.
Mom's second tip was to always believe that I can do it no matter what whether it was sewing a project or anything else in my life. You can sew too even if you don't have very much experience yet. There's only one way to learn and get better and that's by doing it.
When you sew, you can customize the garment or quilt or wall hanging anyway you want and make it your own. Please don't resale my patterns though : ).
